(Yes we welcome ‘guests’ not ‘patients’ to reflect how we feel about them and how we take care of them).

We pay our hardworking, wonderful staff as much as we can afford, rather than as little as we can get away with. There is also a bonus scheme in place, you help us grow, we share the the benefits.

We invest in training our people. Once a month, we shut down and take time to review systems, often we have outside experts come to train us.  It is not all about dentistry, recently we had a life coach, a communications expert and even a make-up artist!

Every team member has a training budget to use to improve their personal development. There are also opportunities to train abroad, Last year Jenny our hygienist went to Phoenix with the Clinical Director for a week, all expenses paid.
