David’s confidence was “completely shot to pieces” to use his own words. Loosing his teeth due to violent unprovoked attacks and then a general neglect as he lost confidence meant that this was a huge challenge. His 15/day smoking habit tipped things over the edge as he suffered from gum disease which made his remaining teeth v looses. Using Mini Implants and dentures, he not only gained a new smile and teeth to chew on, but renewed passion to follow his dream to start salsa dancing.
